The Basics
This conical, evergreen conifer with red-brown bark is slow-growing and low-maintenance. This uniformly blue-green shrub grows to heights of 15-20 feet tall (10-15 feet wide). Ideally used for landscape accents as shrubs and trees and privacy coverage.

Amount of Water: Once mature water occasionally; Drought tolerant
Soil Conditions: Adaptable to a wide range of soil conditions; Does not tolerate excessively wet soil.

The Care
This low-maintenance plant needs a regular water schedule to ensure the growth of a mature root system. After the mature root system is established, watering is needed occasionally, except during a drought, watering is needed regularly. Pruning is not necessary.
