Liriope Big Blue
The Basics
This perennial evergreen has vivid green foliage that blooms numerous blue spikes followed by groups of black berries in the fall. Its weeping blades grow 1-2 feet tall(1-2 feet wide). This versatile plant may be placed on slopes and at the base of trees, and is ideal for groundcover, mass planting, borders and edging.

The Care
This low-maintenance evergreen needs a regular water schedule to ensure the growth of a mature root system. After the mature root system is established, watering is needed occasionally, except during a drought, watering is needed regularly. Pruning old foliage, preferably before spring, is recommended to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
